onQueStyle Shipping

All dosmetic and international orders are shipped via UPS. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.  Orders received on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.   To determine shipping rates, enter the shipping address and select your preferred shipping method at checkout.  You may select Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day. All items are shipped within 2 business days from the date of payment.  Delivery times will depend on the business day on which the item(s) are shipped. We include insurance and tracking information for each order.

International Shipping     When shipping internationally, onQueStyle will mark all items as used goods (without stating the brand name/designer) at the appropriate value, excluding shipping costs. If you refuse any shipments, you are responsible for the original shipping costs, duties, taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package as well as the return shipping. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.   Combined Shipping     onQueStyle offers combined shipping for multiple items. Please email (info@onquestyle.com) onQueStyle before placing an order and we will hold your items until they are ready to be shipped together.
