Two wide diamond-quilted lambskin bands cross the open toe and an adjustable ankle strap, fastened with a hook and loop backing under a gold-tone buckle, holds the foot on a rounded quilted flatform. The covered block heel is quilted to match and carries a polished gold-tone interlocking CC at the back of each shoe. Padded black leather footbeds are stamped in gold and the rubber soles look barely handled, with the gold foil label still in place on one sole and no scuffing to the leather or heel corners.
