A raised starburst medallion sits high on a slim twisted cable shank, its rays alternating between smooth polished spikes and twisted cable spokes. Small round diamonds are flush-set down the polished rays and cluster in a pave center, catching light against the deliberately oxidized dark recesses underneath. The open gallery on the reverse is clean and the band shows only faint everyday polishing marks, with all stones present and tight.
